Vanilla Cupcakes

Hi there!

I would like to know if you could provide me with the recipe for Vanilla Cupcakes that would yield 12 instead of 24? 24 is a bit too much for my first try haha.

Hi Rach

The number of cupcakes you make depends on the size of the cupcake trays you use. If you follow my vanilla cupcake recipe but halve the quantities, it should be perfect.

I always used to make half the amount but it never seemed to be enough which is why I now make the larger quantity.
