how many cupcakes??


hello! I found your site just today and I must say it's the best!

Good job!
I just have one question about your recipes since I've copied a few of them for future use. The ingredients you have written down are for making how many cupcakes?

Most recipes make about 12 good-sized cupcakes. I don't mention how many each recipe makes as people use so many different sized cupcake trays that it is really hard to give all the options. Likewise cooking times vary considerably when some people bake large cupcakes and others make mini cupcakes (my favorite!!)

An example is my chocolate obsession recipe which makes about 16 large cupcakes, 30 medium or 60 mini cupcakes.
