Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe

This wonderful peanut butter filling is very rich. This Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe is perfect as a cupcake frosting or as whoopie pie filling.

This frosting recipe is very easy to make. I would recommend teaming it up with chocolate or peanut butter whoopie pies or cupcakes.

It also tastes great served wtih jelly on a vanilla whoopie pie. Spread or pipe the frosting on one of the cakes and spread jelly on the other half and sandwich together. Yum

Ingredients:

• 4oz (115g) softened butter
• 40z (115g) peanut butter
• 5oz (140g) confectioners (icing) sugar

Method:

Beat butter and peanut butter in small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Gradually beat in sifted confectioners sugar and beat until smooth.

If mixture is too stiff, add 1 tblspn milk to make filling easier to spread.
